Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging, with any original tags or labels attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email denpssg@denps.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item to:

Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at denpssg@denps.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return. Any exclusions or additional return conditions will be stated on the relevant product listing or otherwise made available at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact denpssg@denps.com before returning it. We will advise you on the available options and next steps.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
